The Web and Marketing Team in UC Berkeley’s Office of Communications and Public Affairs was one of nine staff teams who were honored with the Chancellor’s Outstanding Staff Award in a ceremony at the Clark Kerr campus on Monday. In addition, 20 individual staffers won recognition for their dedication to the campus.

The Web and Marketing Team handles a wide range of communications work for the campus, and was selected for its redesign of the main campus website, including the campus home page (berkeley.edu), as well as the main campus news site, Berkeley News (news.berkeley.edu).

All of the COSA  winners were recognized for their extraordinary contributions to the campus across a broad range of areas, including sustainability, sexual violence prevention, science for the greater good, facilities and radiation safety among them.

Chancellor Nicholas Dirks was present to congratulate each award recipient.
