Design update for Cal 1 card photo IDs

As of Jan. 1, all new and replacement Cal 1 card photo IDs are being produced without a signature printed on the card. Existing Cal 1 card photo IDs are still fully functional and do not need to be replaced.

After consultation with stakeholders, the patron signature previously printed on the cards was identified as a redundant feature of the original design.

This minor modification is the first step toward a comprehensive update to the Cal 1 card  photo ID design and associated technologies.
