Communicators gather for a day of sharpening and sharing their skills

The fourth annual Berkeley Communications Conference (BC2) brought together hundreds of campus communicators together Tuesday for a day of sharpening and sharing their skills.

The fourth annual Berkeley Communications Conference this week brought hundreds of campus communicators together at the Clark Kerr conference space for a day of honing and sharing their skills. Three keynote speakers and 12 workshops ranged far and wide across topics like the power of story and narrative to building a brand using social media. During lunch, dozens of communications staff received awards for their print, video and digital work. Three participants who are also photographers — Hulda Nelson, Laurie Frasier and Anne Brice — snapped photos of the event.
