Name: Amanda Clayton (she/her)

Discipline: Political science

Degrees: Ph.D., political science, University of Washington, 2014

Research interests: I work on women’s political participation and representation. I also study gender differences in political attitudes, including a book I’m writing on gender differences in attitudes towards climate change around the world.

Fun fact: I have the goal to visit every U.S. National Park. So far, I’ve been to 33 of them. Next up, Yosemite!
