WHAT
“Beyond Copenhagen: Forging a Global Response to Climate Change,” a half-day conference at the University of California, Berkeley, to address next steps in developing effective policy following last month’s United Nations Climate Chance Conference in Copenhagen, Denmark (COP15).
Panelists will discuss the international forces shaping future negotiations and new directions in global climate policy. Conference participants include UC Berkeley experts who attended COP15 and will share first-hand knowledge of the talks that took place there.

Two panels will be moderated by:
- David Caron, professor of law and an expert on international law
- Paul Wright, professor of mechanical engineering and director of the Center for Information Technology Research in the Interest of Society (CITRIS)
