CraneWork has begun to repair the building parapets on the Tang Center, home to University Health Services. According to Facilities Services Communications Director Christine Shaff, the parapets (low walls along the edge of the roof) are slightly cracked leading to water infiltration, and must be repaired to prevent water damage to the internal building structure. Here, a crane lifts steel pieces to the roof. Workers are scheduled to complete the repairs by mid-May, weather permitting.

All work is taking place on the Tang Center roof, and entrance to the Tang Center is fully accessible. Questions may be directed to Christine Shaff at [email protected].
